How does shopping at Canada MedLaser work?
Pick a treatment, pay online, and book your in-clinic appointment at the location you bought from. Your purchase is reserved until you redeem it.
Do I have to book my appointment before I buy?
No. Buy first; book whenever you’re ready. Treatments don’t expire and can only be redeemed at the clinic where you bought them.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unredeemed treatments. After 30 days, we’ll happily transfer the credit to another treatment of equal value at the same clinic.
Are the prices the same across all your clinics?
Pricing is mostly consistent network-wide, but a few clinics in different provinces have adjusted pricing. The price you see while shopping is the price you’ll pay at that specific clinic.
Do you accept Afterpay / PayPal / Apple Pay?
Yes — all three at checkout, plus standard Visa / Mastercard / Amex. Stripe routes payments to the specific clinic’s merchant account.
What happens if I move provinces or want to redeem at a different clinic?
Contact the clinic you purchased from — they can arrange a transfer subject to availability.
Are your treatments medically necessary or cosmetic?
Most treatments on the shop are cosmetic in nature. Tax (HST/GST/PST/QST) is applied per provincial rules and shown at checkout.
