How to redeem a treatment you bought online
- Find your order confirmation email or open your order history.
- Call or email the clinic shown in the order to book your appointment. Their phone number is on the confirmation.
- Bring a copy of the confirmation (digital is fine) to your appointment — the clinic will mark the treatment redeemed in their system.
Can someone else redeem on my behalf?
Yes, with your written permission — usually a forwarded email from you to the clinic is enough. Speak to the clinic before the appointment.
Do treatments expire?
Purchased treatments don’t expire. They can be redeemed at any time at the clinic where they were bought. Multi-session packages should be completed within ~12 months for best results, but there’s no hard cutoff.
What if I can’t make my appointment?
Contact the clinic at least 24 hours before to reschedule. Same-day cancellations may forfeit one session of a package, per clinic policy.
