The following outlines the terms under which Canada MedLaser (“CML”) operates the online shop at shop.canadamedlaser.ca:
1. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. CML reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at its discretion.
2. Treatments and redemption
All treatments purchased are redeemable only at the clinic from which they were bought. Treatments do not expire but are non-transferable to other persons without CML’s written consent. Treatments are subject to a medical consultation and patch test where applicable.
3. Refunds and satisfaction guarantee
Unredeemed treatments are refundable for 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, balance may be transferred to another treatment of equivalent value at the same clinic.
4. Payments
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales tax (HST / GST / PST / QST) is added at checkout based on the clinic’s province. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

6. Marketing communications
By providing your email at checkout you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails from Canada MedLaser, in accordance with CASL (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation). One-click unsubscribe is provided in every commercial email.
7. Limitation of liability
CML’s liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the treatment. We do not warrant any specific aesthetic outcome.
8. Changes to these terms
CML may revise these terms at any time. The current version is always available at /terms/.
